What you'll do

As the Manager/Senior Manager of the HCP Data team, you will be responsible for leading over 11 different streams and managing a team of 8+ leads. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product management, data science, and engineering to ensure the success of the Veeva Link suite of products. Your role will involve overseeing the internal product that caters to all customer-facing external products, ensuring that the team meets its objectives and delivers high-quality results.

You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team, guiding them through challenges and helping them develop their skills. You will also play a key role in strategic planning and execution, ensuring that the HCP Data team aligns with Veeva's broader mission and goals.
