What you'll do

As a Senior Team Lead for Data Operations, you will lead a remote team of over 50 freelancers who conduct rule-based web research. Your primary focus will be on designing and controlling business processes while driving improvements in both processes and technology. You will support your team by removing barriers to their success and ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.

You will be responsible for planning and executing business processes, monitoring operational metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. Your role as a first-line manager will involve engaging with your team, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to align your team's efforts with the organization's goals and objectives.
