What you'll do

As a Global Program Manager at Veeva, you will lead some of the most strategic programs across the Development Cloud. You will work closely with account leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of Vault R&D and Quality programs. Your role will involve improving existing Veeva applications and ensuring overall customer success throughout the implementation process and beyond. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while also managing resources and budgets effectively.

You will collaborate with various teams within Veeva to align project objectives with customer needs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of success and accountability within the Professional Services organization. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Veeva's service offerings.
