What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the EU Sales team, acting as a vital partner in managing customer inquiries and supporting their software subscription needs. You will assist in processing orders, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information regarding their subscriptions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to resolve customer issues and enhance their overall experience with Veeva's products. You will also contribute to the development of best practices in sales support, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency. As you grow in this position, you will have opportunities to engage with customers directly, gaining insights into their needs and how Veeva can better serve them.
