What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the North America Sales team, acting as a partner to ensure smooth operations regarding customer software subscription orders. You will engage directly with customers, addressing their needs and providing support throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the management of sales orders, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently. You will also contribute to the development of sales support best practices, helping to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
