Your background includes working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and business goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value to users. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the core access control framework used by all Vault applications. You will work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure that features are built to specification. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand customer needs, defining success metrics, and iterating on product features based on user feedback.

You will lead product roadmapping efforts, prioritizing features that align with the company's strategic goals while also addressing immediate user needs. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you will help develop go-to-market strategies for new features, ensuring that customers are well-informed about the benefits and functionalities of the Vault platform.

You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned on product vision and progress. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, using this knowledge to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
