What you'll do

As a Senior Vault Platform Solution Architect, you will support customer engagements by collaborating with Account Partners, Strategy Leads, and Solution Consultants — your role will involve understanding customers' technical environments and articulating the differentiated value of the Vault Platform. You will act as a technical thought partner, guiding customers through the complexities of integrating Veeva's solutions into their existing systems.

You will shape secure and scalable solutions that address enterprise challenges — this includes working on integration strategies, governance frameworks, and compliance measures that ensure customer success. Your ability to align Vault Platform capabilities with customer objectives will be critical in driving adoption and satisfaction.

You will also mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment — your leadership will help elevate the team's performance and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be involved in strategic discussions with stakeholders, helping to define the technical roadmap and ensuring that Veeva's solutions meet the evolving needs of the life sciences industry.
