What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for the Vault CRM Suite, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our CRM solution. You will work closely with customers to gather feedback and insights that will inform product development. Collaborating with sales and consulting teams, you will construct product roadmaps that align with market needs and business goals. You will define detailed product specifications and ensure that engineering teams have the necessary information to build features that deliver value to our customers.

You will also lead user research initiatives to understand how customers interact with the CRM application, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. Your role will involve prioritizing features based on customer impact and business value, ensuring that the product evolves to meet the changing needs of the life sciences industry. You will coordinate with marketing to support go-to-market strategies and ensure that product launches are successful.
