Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within the SaaS industry, and a strong understanding of CRM solutions. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to drive product development and ensure customer success.
Your ability to construct detailed product roadmaps and specifications is complemented by your strong analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings. You are passionate about the life sciences industry and understand the unique challenges it presents.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for the Vault CRM Suite, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our CRM solution tailored for life sciences companies. You will work closely with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that the product meets their needs and expectations.
You will lead the product roadmap discussions, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will define product specifications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
