What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM, you will be the primary architect of the patient-centric vision within the Vault CRM ecosystem. You will collaborate with the wider Vault CRM PM team to ensure the core platform evolves to meet the unique, highly sensitive requirements of Patient Support Programs and Patient Services. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving a dedicated roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both patients and healthcare providers. You will act as the subject matter expert, advocating for patient engagement and adherence workflows while balancing the interests of various stakeholders.
