You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the life sciences or healthcare technology sectors — you understand the unique challenges and requirements of patient engagement and support programs. Your background includes working with CRM systems and you are adept at translating complex user needs into actionable product roadmaps. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. You are a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs with business objectives, ensuring that product development aligns with the company's mission and values.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and mobile capabilities is a plus, as you will be working on evolving the Vault CRM platform to include these features. Familiarity with data architecture and analytics will also be beneficial in driving the product vision forward.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM, you will be the primary architect of the patient-centric vision within the Vault CRM ecosystem. You will collaborate with the wider Vault CRM PM team to ensure the core platform evolves to meet the unique requirements of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Patient Services. Your responsibilities will include defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, conducting user research to gather insights, and working closely with engineering teams to implement features that enhance patient engagement. You will also act as the subject matter expert, advocating for the needs of patients and ensuring that the product meets regulatory and compliance standards.
