What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM, you will be the primary architect of the patient-centric vision within the Vault CRM ecosystem — you will collaborate with the wider PM team to ensure that the platform evolves to meet the unique requirements of patient engagement and adherence workflows. You will act as the subject matter expert, driving a dedicated roadmap that bridges traditional CRM functionality with specialized patient services.

You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights on patient needs and preferences — this will inform product development and help prioritize features that enhance user experience. Your role will involve defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that product goals are met.

You will work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks — your ability to articulate technical needs will facilitate smooth collaboration and timely delivery of features. You will also engage with marketing teams to ensure that product launches are well-coordinated and effectively communicated to users.
