What you'll do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on the Vault Platform team, you will ensure the scalability and reliability of Veeva's enterprise applications. You will tackle complex challenges that affect hundreds of customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust systems that meet the demands of a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to enhance reliability. Your expertise in Java and open-source technologies will be crucial as you work to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration across various platforms. You will also play a key role in incident management, helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
