What you'll do

As a Sustaining Engineer at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues within our Vault CRM product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex problems and implementing effective solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of our software. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to speed and quality.
