What you'll do

As a Team Manager at Veeva, you will lead a team of consultants responsible for supporting customers' Production Vaults. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that clients achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes with their Veeva Vault applications. You will oversee the operational aspects of service delivery, driving continuous enhancement and maintaining system reliability. This strategic leadership role requires you to engage with customers regularly, understanding their needs and ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their expectations.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for cloud-managed services, ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Regular travel to the Budapest office and periodic travel for customer or team meetings in the EMEA region will be required, allowing you to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
