What you'll do

As a Senior Security Support Engineer at Venafi, you will provide multiple channels of technical assistance to ensure customers are securely and properly using the Identity Management security platform. You will assist customers in the installation and customization of Venafi products in their environments, working closely with other field teams to deliver cohesive product and service solutions. You will proactively communicate customer issues and record all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

You will collaborate with QA and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues, leveraging your technical expertise to provide effective solutions. Your role will involve designing technical solutions for customers based on Venafi and partner products, ensuring that they receive the best possible support and guidance. You will be a key player in helping customers navigate their security challenges and will contribute to the overall success of the team.
