What you'll do

As a Senior Security Support Engineer at Venafi, you will provide multiple channels of technical assistance to customers using the Identity Management security platform. You will assist customers in the installation and customization of Venafi products within their environments, ensuring they are securely and properly utilizing the technology. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex product issues in collaboration with QA and development teams, allowing you to leverage your technical expertise to resolve challenges effectively.

You will proactively communicate with customers, recording all interactions in our CRM system to maintain a clear understanding of their needs and concerns. Your ability to design technical solutions based on Venafi and partner products will be crucial in helping customers achieve their security goals. You will also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with Venafi.
