Vendia is hiring a Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive growth through creative storytelling and strategic positioning. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance customer engagement and brand presence. This role requires strong marketing expertise and leadership skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in product marketing, ideally with a focus on technology solutions — you've successfully driven marketing strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments and have a knack for storytelling that captivates audiences. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer insights allows you to craft compelling messaging that positions products effectively in the marketplace.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams — your strong communication skills enable you to influence and align stakeholders towards common goals. You understand the importance of customer advocacy and have experience managing customer-facing assets that enhance brand visibility.

You are data-driven and comfortable using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your marketing strategies — your analytical mindset helps you track performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results. You have a proven track record of achieving company-level OKRs, including adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth.

What you'll do

As the Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will define and execute marketing strategies that target various customer segments — you'll listen to users and prospects to gather insights that inform your messaging and positioning efforts. Your role will involve developing and evolving product positioning and associated content that resonates with potential customers.

You will own the creation of customer-facing assets and drive Vendia's presence across digital channels, including the website and social media — engaging with analysts and enabling sales teams will be key components of your responsibilities. You will also manage customer advocacy initiatives to strengthen relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

In this role, you will report directly to the CMO and play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy — your contributions will directly impact the company's growth trajectory and market presence. You will be a player/coach, initially driving outcomes directly while also influencing other teams and functions to align with marketing objectives.
