Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the tech or AI sectors — you've successfully led product launches and crafted compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication of product value.
You possess a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics — you can translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging that drives customer interest and adoption. Your analytical skills enable you to leverage data to inform your strategies and measure the impact of your marketing efforts.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking ownership of projects — you are a builder at heart, eager to experiment and innovate in how product marketing is approached. Your ability to think from first principles allows you to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas that enhance the customer experience.
Desirable
Experience in AI or customer service technology is a plus — familiarity with AI-driven products will help you communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers. You will own major moments such as product launches and pricing shifts, crafting the communication strategies that will guide how these changes are presented to customers and the market. Your role will involve working closely with sales leadership to develop enablement materials that empower the sales team to effectively convey product value.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine messaging and positioning, ensuring that Intercom remains at the forefront of the customer service industry. Your insights will help shape product development and marketing strategies, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
