WalkMe is hiring a FedRAMP Senior Compliance Analyst to lead their public-sector FedRAMP program. You'll be responsible for authoring policies, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams. This role requires U.S. citizenship and a strong technical background.

Who you are
You have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. You excel at translating NIST controls into practical engineering outcomes and have experience in compliance roles, particularly with FedRAMP. Your ability to work independently and take initiative makes you a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
You understand the complexities of compliance in the public sector and have a proven track record of leading compliance programs. Your experience includes authoring policies and maintaining documentation that meets regulatory standards. You are detail-oriented and can coordinate evidence across engineering teams effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and mature WalkMe's public-sector FedRAMP program, which is currently in Ready status, with the goal of achieving full Authorization (ATO). You will be responsible for authoring and maintaining FedRAMP documentation, ensuring that all policies are up to date and compliant with federal regulations. You will collaborate with FedRAMP advisors and auditors to facilitate successful assessments and renewals.
You will serve as the FedRAMP compliance focal point for the R&D team, requiring U.S. citizenship for hands-on system operations. Your role will involve coordinating with various engineering teams to gather evidence and ensure compliance with NIST controls. You will also be responsible for maintaining continuous monitoring of the FedRAMP program to ensure ongoing compliance.
