Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, with a strong focus on administering and configuring enterprise tools. Your expertise in the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, allows you to support internal users effectively and optimize workflows. You understand the importance of security compliance and have experience managing migrations, particularly with ServiceNow and Jira. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with DevOps teams to maintain stable and efficient pre-production environments.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to automate processes and enhance system performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can address user needs and provide timely support. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide enterprise-wide support by administering the Atlassian tools, ensuring that internal users have the resources they need to succeed.
