What you'll do

As the Patient Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a culture of patient safety across the organization — this involves managing the incident reporting process and coordinating with various teams to triage and resolve incident reports. You will conduct thorough investigations into incidents when necessary and support the development and execution of corrective action plans. Your role will require you to identify and mitigate risks while continuously improving the quality of care provided.

You will play a crucial role in encouraging open communication about patient safety issues, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. By collaborating with the Clinical Quality and Clinical Operations teams, you will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient safety.
