What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for elevating HS&E performance across five key Omni fulfillment facilities and supporting office locations. You will lead the development and implementation of safety programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Your initiatives will focus on risk reduction and the launch of new safety innovations that enhance workplace safety.

You will oversee cross-functional projects from scoping through execution, collaborating with various departments to integrate safety practices into daily operations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving a culture of safety, where every employee feels empowered to contribute to a safe working environment.

You will analyze safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this information to inform strategic decisions. Regular audits and inspections will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all facilities adhere to safety standards and best practices.

You will also be involved in incident investigations, working to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that Flexport remains at the forefront of health and safety practices.
