You are a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with a strong background in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. You have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization, and you excel at translating business requirements into scalable solutions. Your experience includes developing Apex classes, complex Flows, and custom Apex REST APIs, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development process.
You possess excellent leadership skills, guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders through the intricacies of the Salesforce platform. Your ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders allows you to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive better health outcomes. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, serving as the subject matter expert on the platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Apex classes, implementing complex Flows, and creating Lightning Web Components to enhance the user experience.
You will also be responsible for integrating Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms. As a Technical Lead, you will mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as they grow their skills in Salesforce development.
