What you'll do

As the UX Research Manager at Verily, you will lead a small team of UX Researchers, guiding them through the research design process and helping them translate product questions into detailed findings. You will partner with cross-functional leads to establish the product research roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with user needs and business goals. Your role will involve planning and executing a variety of research methods, from user interviews to usability testing, to gather insights that inform product development.

You will be responsible for nurturing and growing your team's capabilities, providing ongoing guidance on research plans and deliverables.
