You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in an applied research setting, whether in product or academic environments. Your expertise includes various research methods such as usability studies, contextual inquiries, and one-to-one interviews, allowing you to gather valuable user insights effectively.

You excel in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, to drive project outcomes. Your experience in designing and analyzing surveys further enhances your ability to gather user insights in industry settings. You are comfortable working across global time zones and matrixed organizations, using your discussion skills to align teams and ensure project success.

Your background includes conducting User Experience (UX) research and project management in applied settings, ensuring that your deliverables are methodologically sound and of high quality. You are adept at translating research findings into actionable insights that engage everyone from product teams to executives, driving project buy-in and product change.

You have experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate workflows and enhance research outputs, particularly in high-velocity, changing environments. Your ability to uncover actionable patterns in user behavior through interviews and diary studies is a testament to your research skills.

Desirable

A Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field would be a plus. You have a proven track record of building influential relationships across teams, ensuring that research is integrated into every stage of the development life cycle.

What you'll do
