What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at Verkada, you will play a crucial role in the development of our access control product line. You will collaborate with a small, dynamic team to design and implement features that allow users to manage their doors, schedules, and user credentials from anywhere. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and participating in architectural discussions to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
