What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with leaders across various functions, including Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and Supply Chain, to address key business challenges. Your primary focus will be on People systems and technologies, where you will implement best-practice solutions to drive scalability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with FLOPS engineers and stakeholders to design, build, and implement engineering solutions that align with FLOPS deliverables. Facilitating and leading cross-functional requirement sessions will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you elicit, document, and analyze business requirements to identify functional scope. You will be expected to identify unspoken or conflicting requirements and drive meaningful change, even if it means going against the grain when necessary.
