You are an exceptional People Operations Associate who thrives in a collaborative environment. You possess a positive attitude and demonstrate patience, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Your passion for enhancing the employee experience drives you to excel in various tasks daily. You are eager to support People Partners and contribute to the full employment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support numerous People Partners within the People team and collaborate with key functions across the company, including recruiting, compensation, finance, benefits, immigration, payroll, mobility, and HRIS. You will be responsible for managing the full employment lifecycle of employees, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that their experience is seamless and positive. Additionally, you will engage in reporting and analytics to provide valuable insights to the business, helping to drive key initiatives such as performance management and the Pulse engagement survey program.
