What you'll do

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take the lead on post-sales deployment project management, ensuring that large and strategic customers receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with the Global Services Manager and Territory Account Executives to coordinate efforts and address any technical issues that arise during the deployment process. Your expertise will be crucial in providing configuration and training on Verkada products, helping customers maximize their use of the integrated, AI-powered platform. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any challenges that may occur, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment experience.

In this role, you will engage with customers regularly, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential as you guide customers through the deployment process. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future product enhancements, contributing to the overall success of Verkada's offerings.
