What you'll do

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will take the lead on post-sales deployment projects, working closely with the Global Services Manager and Territory Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the deployment of Verkada's integrated security solutions for large and strategic customers. You will assist clients with technical issues, ensuring they receive expert-level configuration and training on our products. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, where you will provide guidance and support throughout the deployment process.

You will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all aspects of the deployment are executed smoothly. Your technical expertise will be crucial in addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation phase. You will also play a key role in training customers on how to effectively use Verkada's products, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our solutions.

In addition to project management, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our deployment processes. By gathering feedback from clients and analyzing project outcomes, you will help identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of our Global Services division.
