What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Global Services Manager and Territory Account Executives to manage large and strategic customer deployments. You will be responsible for post-sales project management, ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your role will involve providing expert-level configuration and training on Verkada products, helping customers maximize their use of the integrated, AI-powered platform. You will lead project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all deployments meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the deployment process. You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
