What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Global Services Manager and Territory Account Executives to oversee post-sales deployment projects. You will interface directly with customers and partners, managing technical issues and providing expert-level configuration and training on Verkada products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project timelines, ensuring that all technical requirements are met, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will also be responsible for documenting project progress and outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the Global Services division. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients maximize the value of their Verkada solutions.
