What you'll do

You will collaborate closely with the recruiting and people operations teams to identify pain points in the current processes and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and making recommendations for improvements. You will also lead high-impact programs focused on hiring effectiveness, ensuring that the company continues to attract the best candidates in the market.
