You possess deep expertise with recruiting platforms like Ashby or similar tools, which enables you to streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate experiences. Your prior experience at a high-growth startup or tech company has equipped you with the skills to navigate the challenges of scaling talent acquisition efforts.
You are a collaborative team player who values relationship-building and understands the importance of aligning recruiting strategies with organizational goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for the needs of the Talent team while also considering the broader company objectives.
Desirable
Experience with advanced automation tools in recruiting is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven recruitment strategies. You are always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes, making you a valuable asset to any team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and operationalizing the recruiting infrastructure that supports Decagon's rapid growth. You will work closely with the Talent team to define what exceptional looks like in candidates and help shape the organization's future through strategic hiring initiatives. Your mission is to make the Talent team more efficient by implementing data-driven processes and leveraging technology to enhance the recruiting experience.
You will analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize the hiring process. Collaborating with company leadership, you will help shape org design and ensure that the recruiting efforts align with the company's growth objectives. Your insights will be crucial in measuring the impact of recruiting initiatives and refining strategies based on data.
