You have a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on building and enhancing tools that empower teams. Your experience includes working with cloud technologies and improving existing systems to enhance efficiency and security. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a passion for developing innovative solutions that meet user needs.
You possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, demonstrating your commitment to the discipline. Your technical expertise is complemented by strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Senior-Staff Software Engineer at Verkada, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new tools that streamline processes for developers, sales, and support teams. You will focus on improving the handling of licenses and separating monolithic support tools into smaller, more manageable systems. Your role will also involve building tools that leverage AI to enhance security and privacy, contributing to open-source systems used by Verkada.
