What you'll do

As the Solutions Engineering Manager at Verkada, you will lead the EMEA Solutions Engineering team based in London. Your primary responsibility will be to hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team that is engaged and inclusive. You will act as a technical leader, providing coaching and mentorship to your team members, helping them navigate complex technical solutions and escalations. Your role will involve building out programs and processes that support the team's objectives and enhance their performance.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure that the Solutions Engineering team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes collaborating with sales, product management, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional solutions to customers. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovation and the sharing of best practices.

Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the Solutions Engineering team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles. You will be on-site at the EMEA HQ in London, UK, five days a week, leading by example and being an integral part of the team.
