Your familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes enables you to manage complex deployments effectively.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate challenges that arise during software releases. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the camera fleet management team, overseeing the deployment of software across a million devices. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing the infrastructure and tooling necessary for safe and predictable software releases. Your work will involve collaborating with product teams to understand the requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring that the camera firmware meets customer needs while maintaining high standards of quality.

You will establish processes that facilitate data-driven decision-making, allowing your team to analyze deployment metrics and improve release strategies continuously. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices for software development and deployment, fostering a culture of reliability and accountability.

You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during deployments, working closely with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
