Vestwell is hiring an Associate for Platform Engagement to enhance client utilization of their fintech platform. You'll focus on client engagement metrics and operational strategies to improve participation in workplace retirement savings plans.

You thrive in environments where you can analyze metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, particularly in platform adoption and utilization. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and tailor strategies to their needs is essential for success in this role.
You have a keen interest in financial technology and understand the importance of helping clients realize the full value of the platform. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect client adoption metrics and develop actionable insights that drive engagement. You are comfortable working with diverse clientele, including financial advisers and employers, and are eager to contribute to their success.
What you'll do
As a Platform Engagement Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that both newly onboarded and existing clients fully realize the value of the Vestwell platform. You will review client adoption and engagement metrics to identify gaps in platform utilization and develop strategies to increase employee participation in workplace retirement savings plans. This involves working closely with individual clients to understand their unique challenges and implementing programmatic strategies to enhance utilization.
You will collaborate with various teams within Vestwell to ensure that clients receive the support they need to maximize their experience with the platform. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will also contribute to the development of resources and tools that facilitate client engagement and education about the platform's offerings.
