Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you work directly with Plan Sponsors, answering incoming emails and calls. You understand the importance of utilizing company policies to solve client issues and are prepared to escalate challenges to the managerial team when necessary. You are a dynamic individual who enjoys working cross-functionally across teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Desirable
While not required, experience in a customer service or client success role within the financial technology sector would be advantageous. Familiarity with financial products and services can enhance your ability to assist clients effectively.
What you'll do
