Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech sector, where you've successfully led product initiatives that drive user engagement and satisfaction. You possess a strong understanding of the financial technology landscape and are passionate about helping individuals save for critical life events such as retirement and education. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you thrive in a startup environment where creativity and initiative are essential. You are adept at translating complex company goals into clear, actionable steps that guide your team towards success. Your communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
Desirable
Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools that enhance team productivity. A background in financial services or a related field will help you understand the nuances of the products you will manage. You are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions and can articulate product vision to stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
