Your strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and release coordination has equipped you to manage complex projects effectively. You have proven experience working with external development studios or vendors, managing dependencies and delivery expectations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specification.

Your solid knowledge of mobile game development cycles, especially in casual, puzzle, or social casino games, allows you to navigate the intricacies of game production. You possess strong cross-functional communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering, legal, compliance, and brand teams. With a data-informed mindset, you are adept at interpreting product metrics, A/B tests, and performance data to drive decision-making.

You pay high attention to detail while balancing speed, quality, and risk, ensuring that all aspects of game production meet the highest standards. Your hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence makes you comfortable in managing project workflows and documentation. You thrive in regulated or licensed environments and have a strong ability to learn quickly, adapting to new challenges as they arise.

What you'll do

As a Senior Game Producer at VGW, you will own the day-to-day delivery of the Monopoly Match mobile game, translating product strategy into execution while ensuring high-quality and compliant releases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, legal, and compliance, to ship features efficiently and on schedule. Your role will involve coordinating with external development partners, managing dependencies, and setting delivery expectations to ensure that all project milestones are met.

You will be responsible for leading sprint planning sessions, ensuring that the team is aligned on priorities and deliverables. Your ability to interpret product metrics and performance data will guide your decision-making process, allowing you to make informed adjustments to the project as needed. You will also facilitate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged throughout the production process.

In addition to managing the production timeline, you will also be involved in quality assurance, ensuring that all releases meet the required standards and comply with relevant regulations.
