You possess proven experience working with external development studios or vendors, managing dependencies and delivery expectations — this has honed your ability to communicate clearly and set realistic timelines. Your solid knowledge of mobile game development cycles, especially in casual, puzzle, or social casino games, allows you to anticipate challenges and drive projects to completion.

Your strong cross-functional communication skills enable you to collaborate seamlessly with engineering, legal, compliance, and brand teams — you understand that successful game production requires a cohesive effort across various disciplines. You have a data-informed mindset, with experience interpreting product metrics, A/B tests, and performance data, which helps you make informed decisions that enhance game quality and user engagement.

You pay high attention to detail while balancing speed, quality, and risk — this ensures that every release meets the highest standards. Your hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence makes you adept at tracking progress and facilitating team collaboration. What you'll do

As a Senior Game Producer at VGW, you will own the day-to-day delivery of the Monopoly Match mobile game — your role will involve translating product strategy into execution while ensuring that releases are high-quality and compliant. You will work closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and external development partners to ship features efficiently and on schedule.

You will lead the planning and execution of game production cycles, ensuring that all teams are aligned and that milestones are met. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with external studios, managing dependencies, and setting clear expectations for delivery. You will also be responsible for interpreting product metrics and performance data to inform future development and enhance user experiences.
