You have 5+ years of experience in agile product or game development environments, particularly within mobile free-to-play games. Your strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and release coordination enables you to manage projects effectively. You have proven experience working with external development studios or vendors, adeptly managing dependencies and delivery expectations. Your solid knowledge of mobile game development cycles, especially in casual, puzzle, or social casino games, sets you apart. You possess strong cross-functional communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with engineering, legal, compliance, and brand teams. With a data-informed mindset, you are experienced in interpreting product metrics, A/B tests, and performance data, ensuring that decisions are backed by solid evidence. Your high attention to detail is complemented by your ability to balance speed, quality, and risk, making you a valuable asset in any project.

What you'll do

As a Senior Game Producer at VGW, you will own the day-to-day delivery of the Monopoly Match mobile game, translating product strategy into execution while ensuring high-quality and compliant releases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, legal, and compliance, to ship features efficiently and on schedule. Your role will involve coordinating with external development partners, managing timelines, and ensuring that all aspects of the game meet regulatory standards. You will lead sprint planning sessions, oversee the development process, and ensure that the team adheres to agile methodologies. Your ability to interpret product metrics will guide your decision-making, helping to optimize game performance and user engagement. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, and addressing any challenges that arise during development. Your hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence will facilitate effective project management and collaboration.
