Experience with data cataloging tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with data quality measurement techniques and business rule documentation will enhance your effectiveness in this role. What you'll do

In your role as a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a key operational role in implementing Data Governance across Viamericas. You will execute detailed activities required to document data domains and define metadata, ensuring that all data governance proposals are well-prepared for review by the Data Governance Committee. You will measure data quality and support the functional deployment of the enterprise data catalog, which is crucial for maintaining high standards of data management.

You will collaborate closely with the Data Governance Specialist and other team members to gather input and feedback from various departments. This collaboration will help ensure that governance proposals are comprehensive and aligned with the company's data and AI strategy. You will also be responsible for capturing business rules and ensuring they are documented accurately.

Your work will support the organizational shift towards a data-driven culture, enabling the company to leverage AI-ready data assets effectively. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of respect, innovation, and integrity within the organization, contributing to the overall mission of helping immigrants succeed through quality financial services.
