Vibe is hiring an HR Ops Associate to manage payroll and administrative operations across the EMEA region. You'll ensure accurate payments and support for the global team. This role requires strong organizational skills and a focus on operational ownership.

Who you are
You have experience in HR operations, particularly in payroll management, and understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in processing payments. You thrive in a high-growth environment and are comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of detail. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
You are familiar with local benefits providers and have a good understanding of the HR landscape in the EMEA region. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working across different countries and cultures. You are committed to fostering a positive employee experience and ensuring that all team members feel supported in their roles.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute monthly payroll for all EMEA entities, ensuring 100% on-time payment accuracy. You will manage local benefits providers across France and collaborate closely with the HR Systems & Ops Manager in NYC to ensure seamless operations between the US and EMEA regions. You will take ownership of the EMEA lifecycle from end-to-end, ensuring that all HR processes are efficient and effective. You will also work on various HR projects that contribute to the overall success of Vibe as it scales.
