Overview
Vibe is hiring a Product Manager for Integrations to oversee the full lifecycle of external partner integrations. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to prioritize integrations based on ROI and customer impact. This role requires strong project management skills and a business-oriented mindset.

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in integrations and partnerships. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can prioritize tasks based on business impact. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your analytical mindset helps you leverage integration insights to drive enhancements to core products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of external partner integrations, from business scoping to execution and continuous improvement. You will build a strong business understanding to prioritize integrations based on ROI and customer impact, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of integrations, including scoping, spec writing, and project management, ensuring successful rollouts by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
You will monitor the health of integrations, ensuring they remain reliable and effective over time. When issues arise, you will coordinate fixes and support internal teams. Your role will also involve using integration insights to drive enhancements to Vibe's core product, maximizing business impact and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Our compensation for this role varies based on experience and skill set, with an estimated base salary range of $180,000–$250,000, plus bonuses.
