Who you are
You are a compassionate individual with a background in health sciences, nutrition, or motivational psychology. You have a strong understanding of behavior change principles and are passionate about helping others improve their health and wellness. You possess excellent communication skills and can connect with members to identify their internal motivators and barriers to progress. You are comfortable working in a virtual environment and are committed to adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
What you'll do
As a Health Coach at Vida, you will work with a diverse range of members to support their health journeys. You will engage with members virtually, helping them to identify personal goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. Your role will involve holding members accountable and providing encouragement as they navigate their health challenges. You will utilize evidence-based practices to guide members in making sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance their overall well-being. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals within Vida to ensure a holistic approach to care.
