Who you are
You are a licensed Registered Dietitian with a strong background in providing nutrition counseling and education. You understand the complexities of obesity and related conditions, and you are skilled in delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education to support lasting behavior change. Your expertise allows you to work effectively with individuals and groups, helping them improve their health and wellness outcomes.
You are familiar with evidence-based treatment approaches and are committed to a whole-person approach to care. You have a passion for helping others and are dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives through nutrition. You are also knowledgeable about HIPAA, PHI, and industry standards, ensuring that you provide care within the guidelines and scope of practice.
What you'll do
As a Registered Dietitian at Vida Health, you will provide virtual nutrition counseling and education to patients, focusing on obesity management and related health conditions. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including Obesity Medicine-Certified Physicians and Licensed Therapists, to deliver comprehensive care. Your role will involve assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized nutrition plans, and guiding them through their health journeys.
You will utilize advanced technology to enhance patient engagement and support their progress. Your responsibilities will include conducting virtual consultations, providing ongoing support, and tracking patients' health outcomes. You will also collaborate with your team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.
