You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the healthcare sector, where you've successfully led product initiatives that enhance clinical workflows and patient care. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and clinical operations, to deliver impactful healthcare solutions. You possess a systems thinking mindset, allowing you to navigate the complexities of healthcare delivery and technology integration effectively.

You are adept at defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and clinical staff.

Desirable

Experience with digital health products or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data interoperability standards in healthcare. You may also have a background in clinical operations or a related field, which enhances your understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare providers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product management efforts for Vida's clinical care delivery platform, focusing on designing and implementing features that empower clinicians and improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and other senior leaders to align product strategy with clinical goals. Your responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, conducting user research, and prioritizing features based on feedback from clinicians and patients.

You will work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with the defined roadmap and meets the needs of users. This includes participating in sprint planning, reviewing product designs, and ensuring that the final product delivers a seamless user experience. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of product initiatives through key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions to iterate on the product.
